I suggest no more than 6 groups, I will happily do more for you but please remember this cuts into your cocktail hour time and gathering people together can take a long time! I suggest we do the group photos as close to the cocktail area as possible to speed things up.

If you want a group shot with all of the guests together, I suggest doing this before we move to dinner to not interrupt the vibe of the cocktail hour. It can take up to 10 minutes to organize. Please also note, this is not always possible and depends on the number of guests and if there is an area at the venue where this is possible ie somewhere for me to stand on stairs etc. But if it's important to you, I will do my very best!

Important! Golden Hour Photo Timing and Catering Service
Very very important to mention, if you are interested in having golden hour photos (which I imagine you are if you booked me!) it's super important to mention before the wedding to your planner and your caterer that it is OK and prefered to continue food service to your other guests as normal even if you are having photos. Golden hour almost always takes place at some point during dinner. I will need you for no more than 20 minutes during this time but dinner service should resume as normal during this time. If you do not mention this, caterers will wait for your return, which A: causes major delays and B: causes tension between your vendors and C: compromises the quality of food.
